The Editorial Guidance Resource is designed to provide guidance on the Cochrane Library's editorial policies to Central Editorial Service editors and others supporting editorial functions.

It is a revised and consolidated version of Cochrane's Editorial and Publishing Policy Resource (EPPR). The EPPR was launched in 2019 and is being archived in August 2024.
