The Super Users of each group can edit their group details.

To open the group Properties for editing

  1. Right-click the name of a group under Resources and choose Properties
    Tip: Your Primary Group is always listed beneath your name in the top right hand side of the screen, and you can just click that to open the group's Properties.  

To edit a group Email address or Home page

  1. Open the group's Properties, and click the General tab.
  2. Insert new text in Email address or Home page boxes.
  3. Click Close to save the changes and exit. Or click Apply to save the changes without exiting.

To change the group Contact person

  1. Open the group's Properties, and click the General tab.
  2. Click  to choose the contact person. See Choosing a person or date for details.
  3. Click Close to save the changes and exit. Or click Apply to save the changes without exiting.

Editing the group Address

  1. Open the group's Properties, and click the General tab
  2. Under Address, click Edit. This opens the Address window.  
  3. Enter required data and click OK.

Note: A label with the address of a group can be printed by clicking Label. You can choose to save or open a pdf label.

Sources of support

Review groups also have a Support tab that lists the internal and external sources of financial support for the CRG.

To add a new source of support

  1. Go to the Support tab of the Group's Properties
  2. Click New. The Source of Support window opens.
  3. Enter the name of the funding organisation.
  4. Select a country from the pull-down list.
  5. Optionally, add a description and pick a Start year and End year from the lists. For ongoing support, you should use "Not specified" for End year.
  6. Select Internal if that is the type of support. If internal is not ticked, the source is automatically assigned as External.
  7. Click OK The source of support appears at the bottom of the list
    Tip: You can reorder sources of support using the Up and Dn buttons.

To edit a source of support

  1. Go to the Support tab of the Group's Properties.
  2. Click to highlight the source to be edited.
  3. Click Edit The Source of Support window opens.
  4. Update the information as required .
  5.  Click OK.

To delete a source of support

  1. Go to the Support tab of the Group's Properties.
  2. Click to highlight the source to be deleted.
  3. Click Delete, and confirm by clicking OK.

Subscriptions

To edit subscription list

  1. Go to Subscription tab of the Group's Properties
  2. Click Edit. This opens Edit Group Subscription window
  3. Choose the type of subscription from the pull-down list
  4. Tick the check box and click  to pick a person (see Choosing a person or date)
  5. Click Apply.
