Currently you need to move between references/studies with a button to do the editorial checks. 

How can the value delivered be measured?

Which assumptions are made in relation to the value?

MEs are more likely to use RevMan Web if it is easy to search content to identify issues in References and RoB tables. If MEs are using RevMan Web they are more willing to promote it to authors.
The time spent on editing Risk of bias tables and references is substantial.

What are the dependencies for fulfilling the business value?

What are the risks related to this roadmap item?

The performance of the full-text views is impacted each time a new section is added. The solution is not really scalable. It is unclear how well this will work with CKEditor 5. 
The full-text view load time will be longer, especially for reviews with many studies. We are already experiencing users reporting performance issues.
