Sponsored subscriptions

Some organizations sponsor free access to RevMan for their students or affiliates. If you have been asked by your organization to subscribe, your eligibility for a free subscription is authenticated by one of the following:

  • your institutional email address

  • a discount code, use the code provided by your organization.

Please check the instructions provided by your organization and follow the step‑by‑step guidance below to activate your sponsored subscription. You must have a Cochrane account before you subscribe for RevMan. If you do not have a Cochrane account, you must sign up for one using your institution email address, and complete the email verification before continuing.

Subscribe with email address validation

  1. Go to the Revman Pricing page and select Standard rate.

  2. Tick to accept the terms and conditions, then select Subscribe. You can ignore the display price, you will not be charged.

  3. Enter your Cochrane account credentials (this should be your institution email address), then select Log in.

    1. If you do not have a Cochrane Account, please SIGN UP NOW on the account login page and complete the sign-up form using your institution email address. You will receive an email to activate your account. Make sure you do this before proceeding any further.

  4. The system will recognize your email and set the price to zero.

  5. Ensure you complete all fields marked with a red star, then select Continue to review, then Complete checkout.

  6. You will receive a Welcome to Cochrane RevMan email once your RevMan subscription is active.

Subscribe with discount code

  1. Go to the Revman Pricing page and select Standard rate.
  2. Tick to accept the terms and conditions, then select Subscribe.
  3. Enter your Cochrane account credentials (this should be your institution email address), then and select Log in.
    1. If you do not have a Cochrane Account, please click SIGN UP NOW on the account login page and complete the sign-up form using you institution email address. You will receive an email to activate your account. Make sure you do this before proceeding any further.
  4. Enter the the token code provided by your university or organization in the Coupon code field and then select Apply coupon. The price will show as zero.
  5. Select Continue to review then Complete checkout.
  6. You will receive a Welcome to Cochrane RevMan email once your RevMan subscription is active.
