Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for images included in the articles published in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR) and for following guidance to ensure the images are fit for publication. If permission to publish a copyrighted figure is granted, the final phrase of the figure caption must be: “Copyright © [Year] [Name of copyright holder, or other required wording]: reproduced with permission.”
