A number of terms are not appearing in the annotator widget even though they are in the vocabulary browser.
Before requesting a term to be added to the vocabulary please try the following:
- Check the vocabulary browser to determine whether or not the term is there
- Term is not in the vocabulary: request it via the form on your Confluence space
- Term is in the vocabulary: you have the following options;
- use quotes or
- copy the ID number for the term (SNOMED, MeSH, etc.) into the widget.
If neither works, post your issue to the #annotation channel in Slack.
Examples
Example using quotes:
- "Burning mouth syndrome" is in the vocabulary browser (https://data.cochrane.org/concepts/r4hp3qm3trd5) but it isn't showing up in the dropdown list of conditions in the annotator tool.
Example using ID number:
- For Hand Pain copy or type in 53057004. (https://data.cochrane.org/concepts/r4hp3q9lmblz)
