How do I annotate stages of a condition?

Sometimes reviews look at specific stages of a particular condition; for example, CD011947 looks at "people with a diagnosis of pressure ulcer, Stage 2 and above, managed in any care setting". It is fine to use the broad vocabulary term for the Population and not the specific terms for the stages, so in this example the term to use would be "Pressure Ulcer".
