- In the editor, go to Edit > Tags and select “Expand Tags”. This will make it easier to apply Custom tags.
- In the translation notes segment, click into the position where you would like the add the custom tag in the Chinese text, then go to Edit > Tags, and select “Create Custom Tag”.
- The tag will be inserted where you put your cursor before, and a small pop-up opens where you need to enter <BR /> - it is important that you do that you enter the tag text exactly like that, in capital letters. Then click on OK to save the tag.
- Repeat step 2 and 3 for each line break that you want to add.
- Alternatively, you could select translation notes that you completed previously from the translation memory, and update the names and dates – perhaps that could be quicker.
