  1. In the editor, go to Edit > Tags and select “Expand Tags”. This will make it easier to apply Custom tags.

 


 

 

  1. In the translation notes segment, click into the position where you would like the add the custom tag in the Chinese text, then go to Edit > Tags, and select “Create Custom Tag”.

 


 

  1. The tag will be inserted where you put your cursor before, and a small pop-up opens where you need to enter <BR /> - it is important that you do that you enter the tag text exactly like that, in capital letters. Then click on OK to save the tag.

 


 

  1. Repeat step 2 and 3 for each line break that you want to add.

 

  1. Alternatively, you could select translation notes that you completed previously from the translation memory, and update the names and dates – perhaps that could be quicker.
