When submitting a Cochrane Library Editorial authors should declare their conflicts of interest. For editorials, manuscripts are submitted through the CDSR ScholarOne Manuscripts site (https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/cdsr). Upon submission all authors are required to complete and sign a conflicts of interest declarations form. Download form here as a Word document (revised 23/11/20). This form should be completed in Word and can be submitted to ScholarOne in PDF or Word format.
