| The WHO addendum for the Creative Commons licences for publication have has been modified to is permit the terms of the applicable Creative Commons 3.0 IGO Licence. This licence type grants the same re-use conditions as a standard CC-BY licence with the additional condition that when the Licensor is an intergovernmental organization (in this case the WHO), any disputes will be resolved by mediation and arbitration unless otherwise agreed.
