For NIH employees only, Wiley accepts the NIH Publishing Agreement and Manuscript Cover Sheet (“Cover Sheet”). If a Cochrane Editorial is accepted for publication, each NIH employee author should sign the Cover Sheet and upload it to ScholarOne.
