Cancel scheduled publication
The purpose of this task is for Cochrane to be able to cancel the publication of an article that had previously been scheduled.
This task is completed by Cochrane Support only.
Cancel a scheduled (embargoed) publication
- For the relevant submission the Publish on CLib task will be open
- Proxy with the Production Manager account to assign the task Cancel Scheduled Publication to Production Manager
- Confirm with Wiley that the cancellation has been received (coordinate with Ursula Gonthier to follow up with Wiley on Slack)
- Cancel the open Publish on CLib task
Publish or reschedule a publication which was previously cancelled
Publish on different date with no changes to production package:
- Ensure no production tasks are assigned
- Set the Submission Target online publication date
- Assign the Prepare for Publication task
- Ensure the correct publication date is set
- Submit the Prepare for Publication task
- Ensure that the Deliver to Wiley tasks is assigned and completed, and the Publish on CLib task is open
Publish after changes to production package
- Ensure no production tasks are assigned
- Clean the File Inventory in EM of all production files
- Set the Submission Target online publication date
- Assign the Upload RevMan production package task
- Wait for the Prepare for Publication task to be assigned
- Ensure the correct publication date is set
- Submit the Prepare for Publication task
- Ensure that the Deliver to Wiley task is assigned and completed, and the Publish on CLib task is open
