You can use the Person Report to see a full report of all the information you have access to about a person in the system, such as addresses, group and document roles, and notes.

Person Reports are displayed as a document that you can print or download. See Viewing documents for more information on the options in the document Viewer.

 Tip: If a report includes Document Roles, you can click a document's title to open its properties.

To open a Person Report

  1. Find the person you want to view (e.g., by using Quick Search).
  2. Right-click the name and choose Reports > Person Report.

 Tip: you can also open a Person Report from the Info tab of a person's Properties.
