Each unique outcome (listed under primary outcomes and any other additional outcomes from SoF tables) should be annotated in a new, separate group.
Composite outcomes should be annotated in the same Outcome group, joined with:
- OR, if any of the composite outcomes need to have occurred, or with
- AND, if all composite outcomes need to have occurred.
Example: in CD008980, the primary outcome is "The composite endpoint of all strokes (both ischaemic and haemorrhagic) and other systemic embolic events". In this case, each type of stroke and embolic events can be annotated in the same Outcome group with ORs between them ('Ischaemic Stroke' OR 'Haemorrhagic Stroke' OR 'Embolism').
