There are two options available:
Annotation Widget
| 1 | Click on the white arrow on the green background until it takes you to the end of the annotation |

| 2 | From the list of status buttons that now appear select Complete |

QA Dashboard

| 1 | Login to the dashboard by clicking on the arrow in the top right-hand corner |
| 2 | Select the required annotation |
| 3 | Click on State in the right-hand side panel (NOT in the table) - this opens a drop-down list of states where you can select Complete |
| 4 | Click Save Annotation |
