The general rule is that it is OK to annotate only the study characteristics that are relevant to the Review.
It is OK to annotate additional characteristics if you wish, but not required. In this case you can do so by using the AND function in the Intervention section of the annotation tool. If there are multiple arms, you need to AND each of the additional treatments individually for each arm/group of the trial.
