- If you are joining a translation group as a new volunteer and don't have a Phrase (formerly Memsource) account yet, you should receive an invitation email to join Phrase.
If you haven't received an invitation email as shown in the screenshot below, please contact your project manager or support@cochrane.org. - Follow the instructions in the email by clicking the "Accept" button.
3. Please note that you will require to log in (or register for) a Cochrane Account during this project. For that, please use the email address that the invitation was sent.
4. If you log in to Phrase for the first time, you will be asked to accept the translator agreement.
Check the box to confirm that you understand and accept the terms of use, and click "Submit". If you do not accept the terms, you cannot log in to Phrase.
