Integrate PICO annotation widget in RMW
What business value does this roadmap item create? / Which problem is this roadmap item trying to solve?
To date the annotator widget is independent from other Cochrane tools. Only 50% of CRGs annotate as it is seen, by many, as an 'extra task'.
- PICO annotation task is no longer an 'extra task'
- Eliminates an extra tool to use for annotation work
- Would be part of the solution for moving towards the singular tagging of content for the CLib
- Resolve versioning issues

- Feedback from CRG
- Feedback from authors
- PICO annotations happen in a more timely manner and in a way that is more convenient to manage for CRGs
Which assumptions are made in relation to the value?
The integration will:
- involve all CRGs in the PICO annotation of all their reviews
- will make PICO annotation a more prominent and integral part of the review production workflow
- that this will help with versionining issues we have had with aligning PICO with the right version of a Review
What are the dependencies for fulfilling the business value?
- Collaboration between RevMan and PICO annotation teams
- Working with Data Lanaguage

What is included in the scope of this solution?
- MUST: work with linkeddata vocabulary (https://data.cochrane.org/concepts/)
- MUST: be simultaneously available with review on CLib i.e. searchable in PICO search and viewable with review in CDSR
- MUST not interrupt current PICO metadata publication pipeline
