1. Objective: Drive uptake of the focussed review format
   KR: When we switch the remaining reviews to FRF, there are no requests to roll them back to the old format
2. Objective: Reduce opportunities for errors in submitted text
   KR: The number of reviews that pass the QA editor check for "Possible data entry errors" increases by 20%
   KR: The number of reviews that pass the QA editor check for "Key findings consistent across the summary versions" increases by 20%
3. Objective: Improve the usability/stability of RevMan
   KR: Post-submission, users are 'somewhat satisfied' or 'very satisfied' in at least 95% of cases.
4. Objective: Improve data interoperability with other tools in the review production ecosystem
   KR: An additional 2 tools support the import or export of RevMan data, including 1 guideline development tool.

Demo

1. Guide authors to submit when they are ready and to not make edits after submission (Roman)

Sprint focus 🎯

Sprint focus 1: Make FRF mandatory  

Highlights: 

• All reviews except those in editorial/production and 3 supported by MSU now has FRF enabled  
• Authors can no longer enable FRF (only sysadmins/orgadmins)
• Reverting to versions prior to FRF was enabled is only available for sysadmins/orgadmins - this is retained to support amendments
• FRF will be automatically enabled for remaining reviews after publication or rejection
• Advanced features now standard (GRADEpro, study-centric data, RoB 2 can be enabled)

Sprint focus 2: Improve study data import  

Demo

• AG grid Dashboard (ability to filter decision log) - Rasmus
• Our text editor is now up-to-date and with that the Find and replace dialog is now movable - Rasmus
• t's now more clear that your practice review will expire when you are in the practice review- Rasmus
• We've re-named the 'Code and title' menu option to 'Change review properties' and the dialog UI is improved - Bakthiar

Demo

• Change author order by dragging and dropping authors (this will simplify moving an author e.g. from bottom to top as you only get confirmation once)
• Task and milestones can be backdated (for reviews managed in RevMan)
• New grid components
  • Summary view (forest plots added) - it's easier to see forest plots for analyses from the list of analyses
