View, re-send and delete invitations

Organization administrators can view, re-send or delete pending invitations to other organization administrators and unit leads.
Unit leads can view, re-send or delete pending invitations to authors.
You can create a maximum of 10 pending invitations per role.
Invitations to organization administrators and unit leads
Log in to the Cochrane RevMan Portfolio pages as an organization administrator.
On your organization administration page, select Manage administrator invitations.
The pop-up window will display pending invitations to people you have invited to a take-up a role as organization administrator or unit lead.
Tick to select relevant roles and choose to Send invitations again or Delete invitations. Invitations are live for 6 months. Expired invitations will show the expiry date in red.
Invitations to unit leads
Log in to the Cochrane RevMan Portfolio pages as an organization administrator.
On your organization administration page, select the three dots to the right of the unit name. Select Manage unit lead invitations
The pop-up window will display pending invitations to unit leads.
Tick to select relevant people and choose to Send invitations again or Delete invitations. Invitations are live for 6 months. Expired invitations will show the expiry date in red.
Invitations to authors
Log in to the Cochrane RevMan Portfolio pages as a unit lead.
On the unit portfolio page, select the three dots to the right of the review title. Select Manage invitations.
The pop-up window will display pending invitations to authors as well as any transfer request that is active.
Select relevant people and choose to Send invitations again or Delete invitations. Invitations are live for 6 months. Expired invitations will show the expiry date in red.
Please note: changes you make to your Cochrane RevMan Portfolio (such as changes to units, roles or reviews) will show immediately in your browser. However, if you have another tab open or changes are made by another user, you may have to refresh the page to see those changes.
