Production phase

Cochrane Unit Leads can easily see the production phase of all titles in your RevMan portfolio. Between the CD number and review type, there is a round icon, which can be set at A (authoring), E (editorial), or P (production). The color of this icon will be green if the manuscript is with authors, or purple if the review is with editors. Please see the table below for examples of the icons.

| Authors are working on the protocol or review, and have not yet submitted it to the Central Editorial Service. |
| Editorial - with editors |
| Authors have submitted the protocol or review to the Central Editorial Service, and it is currently locked and with editors. |
| Editorial - with authors |
| Authors have submitted the protocol or review to the Central Editorial Service, and it is currently back with them for corrections or revisions. |
| Production - with editors |
| The protocol or review has been accepted for publication, and it is currently with the Production team (editors or copy editors). |
| Production - with authors |
| The protocol or review has been accepted for publication, and it is currently with authors for corrections or revisions. |
Cochrane Unit Leads can also sort their portfolios by the Production phase of the titles on the In progress tab, by selecting the relevant one they would like to see.
