If you are joining a translation group as a new volunteer and don't have a Phrase (formerly Memsource) account yet, you should receive an invitation email to join Phrase.
If you haven't received an invitation email as shown in the screenshot below, please contact your project manager or support@cochrane.org.
Follow the instructions in the email by clicking the "Accept" button.
2. In the browser window that opens, click on the option "Login".
3. Enter your Cochrane Account details using your email address and password. If you don't have a Cochrane Account yet, click "Sign Up Now" and follow the instructions.
4. After accepting the invitation, click on "Go to Phrase".
5. If you log in to Phrase for the first time, you will be asked to accept the translator agreement.
Check the box to confirm that you understand and accept the terms of use, and click "Submit". If you do not accept the terms, you cannot log in to Phrase.
6. Now you are logged into Phrase. Once your translation project manager assigns jobs to you, you will be able to see them listed here.
