  1. Primary outcomes
  2. Any outcomes listed in the SoFTs that are unique or different from the primary outcomes
    1. including those for which the SoFT lists "not reported" or gives some other indication that no data were found.

Where the text under Primary Outcomes differs from that in the SoFT, both should be put into the Outcome details box.

Why this decision was taken

Some reviews list dozens of secondary outcomes in their methods section, many of which are not addressed in any of the studies or analyses.

Annotation of all of these secondary outcomes could actually make it more difficult for users to discover relevant Cochrane content. 

Review authors now provide a Summary of Findings table that includes the most important outcomes for which they have data.
