When submitting a vocabulary request from your Confluence space, please make sure to include the following details:
- Vocab Action Required - Add, Merge, Edit or Remove term(s)
- Vocab PICO Selection - one or multiple PICO components where this term is to be used
- Term required
- Cochrane Group - select your Group from the list
- Impacted Review(s) - please include the CD number of the review for which the term is required
- Your name and email address at the bottom of the form - you need to fill them in so that we can contact you if we need further information
