Every hour Archie is collecting the recently completed or updated CoI forms, converts them into a JSON representation, and sends them to Cochrane.org using a HTTP POST request.
The JSON representation does data sent to Cochrane.org do not include the text of the questions on the form, so this information has to be communicated manually to Cochrane.org (contact Paolo Rosati) when a new form is added or there are changes to an existing form.
