Additional functionality to permit selection of Outcome Domain and Assement Scale

Important highlights from this release

Annotator:

• Intervention & Comparison
  • The number of participants in each arm can be added.  
• Outcomes: 
  
  • Endpoints (the specific time or times at which an outcome was assessed) can be annotated 
  • Primary outcomes can be designated, but only if a specific endpoint has been designated.  For outcomes with more than one endpoint, it is possible to indicate which endpoint(s) represent the primary outcome of interest
  • Selection of  "Outcome domain" and "Outcome Measure has been added

Vocabularies:

• Broader and Narrower terms relationships have been refined
• It is now possible to quickly add "Event' terms 
• Exact match for terms is now working more effectivly effectively
