The editorial decisions that led to the rejection of the review proposal, protocol or review must be recorded in the Notes tab of the review proposal/protocol/review’s Properties sheet. Notes should be as factual as possible, recording what has occurred and the actions taken (if appropriate), as opposed to judgmental.
