I can’t find a Review in Smartling

I think there is a mistake in the English Review

If the translation is not online after the time indicated above, first, make sure your translation was properly published and run a search on Archie to check whether you can find your translation on Archie. 


If your translation is not in Archie, it means it has not come through from Smartling. Check that all strings of the file have actually been published on Smartling. Search for the CD number in both the ‘Completed’ and ‘In Progress’ sections to ensure all strings have been published – all strings need to be in the ‘Completed’ section. Remember, the following sections of the Review must be translated for successful publication:

If all strings of the file have been published on Smartling, try editing one of the strings to trigger a new publication. Run another search on Archie to check whether your translation is now there. 


If your translation is on Archie, open its Properties, and check the History tab of the translation to see whether your latest version has actually been published. If it has been published, remember that Reviews can take up to 3 hours to appear on the Cochrane Library, and up to 24 hours to appear on cochrane.org.
