- Porto lifecycle management:
- "Complete" life cycle status not clear what it means - suggestion: "Inactive"
- Distinguish between withdrawn and published in life cycle management (they are very different)
- How would we categorize statuses for living systematic reviews in Cochrane?
- Ability to easily find review in any life cycle status

- Legend for the colors?
- Filter by status
- Filter by tasks assigned to person
- Review color shades for accessibility (e.g. color blindness)
- History for changes to project management? To undo actions/to know what happened in a project: you could compare with Porto template
- Ability to restrict authors from adding/deleting tasks (e.g. introduce project manager role)
- Is the term "Project" ideal? Maybe not but it needs to account for very different types of work related to a review. Consider using "project" term in UI in fewer places.
