The All reviews tab (https://translate.cochrane.org/review/review_list) in Translate provides an overview of all recently published reviews. The entries are sorted by publication date (newest at the top).
The filters at the top of the page can be used to find specific reviews, e.g. by using the time filters, searching for a specific CD number or publication flag, or filtering by transfer status.
You can use the "Download in Excel" button in the right-hand corner to download the entire list of reviews or your filtered results.

| Published version | This column indicates the latest published English review version including the CD and pub number as well as version number. |
| Most recently translated version | This column indicates whether a review has been previously translated. If a previous translation of a given review has been published before, the most recent version number of this translation will be indicated. |
| Title | This is the title of the English review. |
| Date published | In this column, the publication date of the latest English review version is indicated. |
| Publication flag | This column gives information about the type of publication, such as a new review, an amendment or an update. |
| Transfer status | Here you can check if a review has been sent to Phrase. There are three different options: The review was sent automatically, manually or not at all. |
| Action | This column can be used to send a review to Phrase by clicking on the "Send to Phrase" button. The "Diff versions" button is available when a previous version has been translated. You can click on the button to see which changes have been made in the English text to better understand how much work will be involved to update the translation. |
