When reviews are updated and re-published, any corresponding translations are marked as out-of-date in Archive and on Cochrane websites. This written guide explains how you can search for out-of-date translations in Archive to identify translations that need to be updated.

Finding translations that have become outdated in your language

  1. Sign in to Archive.
  2. Go to the History tab.
  3. Under "Content type" select "Review" from the list of options, under "Published" select "Latest" from the list of options and under "Stage" select "Review" from the list of options.
  4. In the next row, select "Previously" under "Translated" and then select your language (German in the example below).
  5. To search for all outdated translations, apply the "All time" date filter.
  6. Then click on the "Apply" button to get your results.
  7. As needed, you can download your search results by clicking the "Download csv" button at the top of the page.
