When reviews are updated and re-published, any corresponding translations are marked as out-of-date in Archive and on Cochrane websites. This written guide explains how you can search for out-of-date translations in Archive to identify translations that need to be updated.
Finding translations that have become outdated in your language
- Sign in to Archive.
- Go to the History tab.
- Under "Content type" select "Review" from the list of options, under "Published" select "Latest" from the list of options and under "Stage" select "Review" from the list of options.
- In the next row, select "Previously" under "Translated" and then select your language (German in the example below).
- To search for all outdated translations, apply the "All time" date filter.
- Then click on the "Apply" button to get your results.
- As needed, you can download your search results by clicking the "Download csv" button at the top of the page.
