Global Reports are available to all users in Archie. The reports are displayed as documents that you can print or download. See Viewing documents for more information on the options in the document Viewer.

Review Group Summary Report

You can use the Review Group Summary Report to show an overview of published protocols and reviews per review group, in one or more issues.  The report does not include reviews that are only available as drafts.

To open a Review Group Summary Report

  1. Use Tools > Global Reports > Review Group Summary Report.
  2. Select the range of issues using the pick lists at the top.

If you are looking at several issues, some of the numbers are a total of events in those issues, while other numbers are only meaningful to count once at the end of the period (such as the total number of revives).  Numbers only counted for one issues are labelled with an asterisk [*].

All Published Reviews Report

You can use the All published reviews report to show a list of all full reviews and protocols per review group which has been published in an issue of the Cochrane Library. It also shows the country of a contact person and whether a review has been withdrawn.

To open an All Published Reviews  Report

  1. Use Tools > Global Reports > All Published Reviews Report.
  2. Select the issue to base the report on using the pick list at the top.

Published reviews by country report

You can use the Published reviews by country report to count the number of full reviews and protocols published in the latest issue of the Cochrane Library. Country is defined as the country of the Contact Person.

To open a Published reviews by country report

  1. Use Tools > Global Reports > Published reviews by country report.
  2. For each country you wish to include in the report, click the country name in the left panel and click Add.
  3. Click Generate report.

New Reviews Report

You can use the New Reviews Report to list key elements of all new reviews published in an issue of the Cochrane Library. For each review, it shows the ID, Title, Authors, Review Group, Abstract, Conclusions, Citation, and  Assessed as Up-to-date.
Note: Only Super Users can see the Conclusions column.

To open a New Reviews Report

  1. Use Tools > Global Reports > New Reviews Report.
  2. Select the issue to base the report on using the pick list at the top.

Updated Reviews Report

You can use the Updated Review report to list key elements of all updated or conclusions changed reviews in an issue of the Cochrane Library. For each review, it shows the ID, Title, Authors, Review Group, Abstract, Conclusions, Citation, and  Assessed as Up-to-date.
Note: Only Super Users can see the Conclusions column.

To open a Updated Reviews Report

  1. Use Tools > Global Reports > Updated Reviews Report.
  2. Select the issue to base the report on using the pick list at the top.
