ME Support are the product owners of Archie Help.

Updating process

When a member of ME Support, the CSO team, or the ITS development teams identify an improvement that needs to be made to Archie Help (not related to a new feature), these changes can be made directly in Confluence. At least one member of ME Support and the CSO team should have notifications enabled for the Archie Help space, so that they can review any changes shortly after they're applied. If discussion of the change is needed, this should take place in the #archie-help channel on slack.

Changes related to new features should be drafted and reviewed before they are applied to Archie Help. This review process will take place on the #archie-help channel on Slack.
